Zenato's Santa Christina Lugana is their top un-oaked Lugana grown on a vineyard a stone's throw from the south shores of Lake Garda. Alberto presented it to us on the first appointment of Quaranvino the North where we had the experience of having dinner with him as the sun set on the vineyards....
We served this with asparagus and eggs baked in the oven topped with shavings of parmesan cheese and it was absolutely delicious. A favourite pairing in the Quaranvino kitchen...
