Ottella Ripa della Volta Valpolicella Ripasso is made with the Ripasso method by pouring the wine from the Valpolicella onto the pressed skins of the grapes used to make Amarone. That provokes a second fermentation which gives the wine more complexity, richness and depth.
It has velvety tannins and long finish.
We love this wine because...
