We love Ottella's Campo Sireso Rosso Veronese IGT because it mixes local and international grape varieties Corvina, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon to give a wine that is deep, smooth and full of aromas of wild berries, vanilla, and fresh spices.
The grapes are dried for 30 days to increase the concentration of the aroma and taste components - it's the same process that is used in the production of Amarone from the neighbouring Valpolicella region.
With fruity spice and a lot of elegance this is a red wine you'll want to pair with beef, pork, duck or mature cheeses.
