Medici Ermete - Quercioli Rosato Dolce

Medici Ermete's Rosato Dolce I Quercioli sparkles with a gorgeous bright pink in the glass. On the nose you'll find strawberry, raspberry, violets. It's so wonderfully addictive - we love it. 

Extremely fruity and fresh on the palate, this not-so-sweet rosé wine is very easy-drinking - in fact at only 8pc alcohol it'll be gone as soon as you know it. 

Great with friends, for starting at meal on a terrace, or for pairing with a light cake, we love the versatility of this wine. It'll pair well with savoury dishes such as home-made piadina with mozzarella and parma ham or grilled vegetables, just as well as with a big bowl of berries and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
