We LOVE the fruity richness of this Syrah from Masseria del Feudo, especially for this price. Masseria del Feudo was planning on concentrating on only Sicilian varieties but after analysing the quality of these old Syrah vines and the red wines they produced, they realised that they just couldn't dig them up!
Great with all meat dishes you'll also find that once it's served slightly chilled, it'll pair perfectly with grilled BBQ'd meats.
For cooler days we would also pair this with the deliciously fruity Maya Mountain craft Chocolate from Truly Craft Chocolate. It's gourmet bean-to-bar chocolate made from cacao beans sourced from Belize and cane sugar. That's it. Nothing else. It's a match made in heaven!
