Librandi Duca San Felice is a Riserva wine made in the Ciro appellation from a grape with a fab name : gaglioppo. On the nose you'll find aromas of wild berries, citrus fruit, spices, liquorice, vanilla and violets. It's harmonious with tannins that well-integrated and a long finish.
We love it because...
It's velvety and round and the well-rounded tannins mean that it pairs well with lots of foods.
Pair it with..
Wild boar paté, spicy sausage and a good film..
