Chateau de Minière's Bulles Rosé is a sparking wine made from Cabernet France. Fresh, mineral. Its light in colour, fresh, refreshing and is full of red fruits, great for aperitif and for enjoying with light summer dishes.
Something about the wine....
The grapes are harvested from vines that are 40 to 50 years old. These old vines give few but excellent quality grapes that are then made into a sparkling wine. The base wine is first fermented in steel vats, cooled in order to block fermentation and then bottled with crown caps and allowed to ferment and stay on the lees for 9 to 12 months to give it structure.
With food it's great as an apertif or with dessert. It also pairs well with raw fish and fish baked in the oven in paper in order to keep in the juiciness.
