For groups of 15 or more, we can organise a wine tasting with a wine producer. On our home page we have some of the faces we work with, these include wineries in Italy, Germany, France, South Africa and Lebanon. Each has its own story and we like to match your values, themes or mission with our hosts, to make a coherent event for your group. Just tell us what's important to you and we'll find the right fit.
FAQ's for Group Events:
How long do events last? Our wine-tasting events usually last 60-90 minutes depending on the number of wines included in the tasting. After-work aperitivo, dinner events, or even mid-afternoon chill-time, you choose the time that fits your group best.
Is it just the wine producer? No, all our events with producers are moderated by a Quaranvino Sommelier to make sure everyone is involved.
How many wines do we taste? Wine tasting packages are selected according to your budget. For a one-hour tasting we suggest 2 wines, for over an hour, we'd suggest 3. All wines are sent in full-bottles so you're sure you get the wine just as the wine-maker wanted. As a ball-park figure, prices start from 50 euro per package depending on choice of wine and shipping destination.
What about food? We provide you with recipes and food-pairing ideas for each wine as well as tips on how to prepare for the tasting.
Where do you ship to? We can ship across the EU easily (with the exception of Republic of Ireland, Finland and Sweden). In the case of the Sweden and Finland, we will indicate wines which can be purchased via the alcohol monopoly. We also work with local importers in the UK and Switzerland to supply the wines to your participants there. We've even worked with importers in China to supply wines to guests, just let us know where your participants are located and we'll do the rest.
Do you have any non-alcoholic options? We don't have any non-alcoholic wines but we can supply food products, sometimes from the same region that we will talk about in our event.
What about branding? Our wine event kits include a personalised letter and any other goodies you need to send to your guests (in shipments for EU). We start the event with an introduction from someone from your side and are happy to organise the programme of the event according to your needs.
What platform do you use to host the event? We host our events on Zoom but if you have other requirements, we're also happy to work with other platforms including Webex, google meet and Microsoft Teams.
How much time do you need to organise? We have organised events in just 10 days before however we prefer to have 3 weeks between request and date to mark sure that we have a broader range of wines to select for you. We need to receive the addresses of your participants 10 working days before the event to ensure all packages are delivered in time.

2) We call to discuss and put together a proposal of wines to fit your budget
3) We look after the logistics, ship out the wines, send you suggested recipes and host the event
All you have to do is enjoy spending the time with your clients, members and team-mates.
Our events are usually held in English but we are able to offer events in French, German, Dutch and Italian.
