Chateau de Minière's rosé wine is Kathleen's interpretation of a rosé that can be drunk all year round - it's fresh, fruity and really complex with aromas of citrus and blossoms, the perfect wine for the warmer months.
It's made from Cabernet Franc, and is perfect with seafood recipes, such as tomatoes and grey prawns (traditional Belgian recipe), salmon and coucous en papouillotes, and all sorts of aperitif dishes.
