Cremisan's Baladi is a dry, red wine made from the native variety of Baladije Asmar. These vines are grown in the vineyards of Beit Gemal and the Cremisan Monastery but are also found in other parts of the middle East.
The wine is soft, round and velvety, with some notes of chocolate and vanilla, it's very easy-drinking and has great elegance. With only 12% alcohol, it's also relatively light.
We love to eat it with roast chicken dishes, or slightly spicy veggie dishes
