Fruity, fruity, fruity - whilst keeping a dryness that you want to eat it with everything - we LOVE this brut rosé sparkling traditional method wine from Borgo Maragliano. This was one of Carlo's first innovations, launched in 2003 and it carries the name of Carlo and Silvia's first born son.
We love it with pasta, fish, seafood, chicken.... the list is long...
This wine was featured in the Quaranvino Summer Wines sessions and is a firm favourite for our dinners.
