What we do
We host online wine events designed to liven up team meetings, client socials or festive celebrations.
Think of them as “wine pauses” — 10 minute slots of learning and tasting , hosted by wine expert Faye Cardwell, with curated wines delivered straight to your participants across the UK and EU.
If you want a dedicated session, we can also create tastings for your occasion - be it a virtual Christmas party, Company quiz night - we'll help to make sure your guests leave smiling — and a little more wine-savvy.
With headquarters in both the UK and EU, we handle everything — from wine sourcing and shipping to participant coordination.

Online Tastings since 2020
We hosted what we believe to be the world's first online wine tasting with Italian producer Klaus Lentsch on 28th March 2020. The event was featured on China Global Television Network as an example of how businesses were adapting to the new conditions and brought together over 40 households across Europe for some fun and entertainment in those dark times.
Since then, we've hosted over 100 virtual events, bringing smiles (and full glasses) to teams at Google · BSH · Rapid7 · BCG · INSEAD Alumni Association — and dozens of international companies who wanted something different from the usual “team call”.

What platforms do you use?
We usually host online tastings on Zoom but if you prefer a different platform we are fine with that too.
Can you just send out wines as gift parcels?
Yes we can. We work with importers in the UK and EU to source wines, add in food products, create recipes and package in any cards you may provide to make the perfect corporate gift for any occasion.
Does our group need to know anything about wine?
Absolutely not! Our approach to tastings is that wine is just a way of brining people together - it's history, culture, and - at the end of the day - just pressed grapes. Our presentations are created to leave you with fun tidbits to remember that will help you when you go to choose wine for yourself - not with a science lesson.
Can you host events in other languages?
Upon request we can also host online tastings in German, Dutch, Italian and French.
What size of wine do you send out?
We use only full sized bottles because then we are sure that the wine is exactly as the producer made it. But don't worry, you don't have to drink them all - we do give tips on how to store remaining wine so it'll be good to drink another day.
Do you still do the tastings with the wine-makers?
For groups of 20 or more participants we can also involve the wine producers so you can have a real tasting with someone from the winery. This was the original format of Quaranvino and one that we love because there is nothing better than enjoying the wine with the wine producer him / herself.
Where do you source the wines from?
We work with wineries in Lebanon, France and South Africa but our main focus and area of knowledge is Italian wines.
What are your lead times between order and delivery?
We need about 3 weeks between confirmation of numbers and delivery of boxes depending on what needs to be inserted. Deliveries can be made within Germany and the UK relatively quickly but deliveries to other European countries such as Portugal and Spain may a few days longer.
How do I order and how do you invoice?
As VAT is chargeable on the packages in the country in which they are shipped, we need to invoice the UK parcels from our UK company in GBP, and the parcels delivered in the EU through our company based in Germany.
When we send you a quote for the parcels, you will need to receive a link to confirm and pay online (with credit card) before the wines are ordered and shipped.
What about cancellations?
As we don't carry stock, any wines are ordered especially for your event and must be paid for before the wines are ordered. In the event of cancellation by your attendees, we can ship the packages to another address if they have not left our warehouse.
